Firewire drives are very nice in that the Firewire interface is fast, hot pluggable, and very easy to use. The entire process of installing a hard drive into the enclosure took me approximately ten minutes. A video interview with ATI at MacWorld Expo
ATI was one of the only booths at Macworld showing games and the only graphics card company present. They had just announced the Radeon 9800 Pro for the Mac and were showing it off on the Expo floor. I managed to get a video interview with them about the new Radeon 9800 Pro, the state of the Expo, and their current bid for dominance in the Mac graphics card market.

Apple store for video?
In his latest column, SunSport.net writer David Zeiler writes about his interest in Apple "going hollywood": "An Apple Movie Store could fulfill the same role for the film industry that the iTunes Store has for the record industry: It could serve as role model and test bed for selling legal digital video over the Internet.
The key distinguishing feature of an Apple Movie Store would be the ability to buy and own a movie, though with appropriate DRM restrictions patterned on the iTunes Store."
